particularly with Enterprise Data Warehouse.\n\nThis role demands a strong foundation in AI engineering, hands-on experience with Gen AI tools, frameworks and the ability to architect scalable, secure and context-aware agentic workflows.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS : \n\nEducation and Certifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or a related field.\n\n- Certification in Generative AI or LLM Engineering is highly desirable.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 4 - 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or autonomous agentic operations.\n\n- Expertise in LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and agent frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, AgentBuilder or CrewAI.\n\n- Experience designing multi-step reasoning chains, prompt pipelines, or intelligent workflows.\n\nEssential Skills : \n\n- Hands on experience in working with multimodal inputs, retrieval systems or structured knowledge sources.\n\n- Deep understanding of enterprise data workflows and scalable AI architectures.\n\n- Prior exposure to agent orchestration, task planning and autonomous workflows.\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g. Hugging Face, LangChain, Transformers).\n\n- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding technique.\n\nDesired Skills : \n\n- Hands-on experience with GCP - Vertex AI.\n\n- Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning (regression, classifications, etc.).\n\n- Exposure to ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\nDelivery and Execution : \n\n- Design and implement autonomous AI agents for semantic search, text-to-SQL translation and analytical task execution.\n\n- Develop modular prompts, reasoning chains and decision graphs tailored to complex enterprise usecases.\n\n- Enhance agent performance through experimentation with LLMs, prompt tuning and advanced reasoning workflows.\n\n- Implement RAG pipelines, vector search and prompt optimization for high-quality outputs.\n\n- Work collaboratively with Product managers and UX designers to craft agentic workflows that are intuitive and impactful.\n\nSupport and Enablement : \n\n- Ensure the stability, performance and reliability of deployed Gen AI and agentic systems across production and staging environments.\n\n- Monitor model outputs, agent workflows and system integrations to proactively identify and resolve issues.\n\n- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities for Gen AI and agentic automation across enterprise workflows.\n\n- Define technical architecture and roadmap for scalable Gen AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms.\n\n- Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to maintain seamless data exchange between Gen AI applications and core business systems.\n\n- Manage the lifecycle of LLMs and agentic frameworks, including versioning, retraining and performance tuning.\n\n- Ensure all Gen AI solutions adhere to enterprise security standards, data privacy
