services.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into \ntechnical solutions.\n\n- Ensure successful deployment and operational readiness of applications.\n\nTeam Leadership & Governance :\n\n- Mentor and guide developers across projects.\n\n- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.\n\n- Establish engineering standards and development best practices.\n\n- Drive Agile delivery and technical excellence across teams.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 9-12 years of experience in Java application development.\n\n- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.\n\n- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong expertise in database design and optimization across SQL and NoSQL technologies.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).\n\n- Expertise in OAuth2, JWT, and application security frameworks.\n\n- Exposure to frontend technologies for full-stack collaboration.\n\n-
