Experience\n • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.\n • Proven experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.\n • Solid experience designing and developing microservices.\n • Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design.\n • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n • Experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end delivery.\n • Strong understanding of REST APIs, security, performance tuning, and system integration.\n Good to Have\n • Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech domain.\n • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, or other messaging systems.\n • Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.\n • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
