Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nType, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence\nCreate and maintain paper and electronic files\nOrder insurance and monitor insurance certificates\nApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management\nAssist with and help coordinate meetings and presentations\nExhibit professionalism with clients\nWork with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed\nAssist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices and expense reports as needed\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree \nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience \nA minimum of 1 years related experience \nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
