Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Area Professional Services Manager, we'll count on you to:\nBe responsible to the Area Manager to develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of area staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers. \nLead and monitor development and training of area staff in technical and business competencies. \nOversee workload balancing and ensure qualified staffing of project teams. Lead quality assurance efforts to implement QA/QC Program activities striving for continuous improvement. \nMonitor project QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers. \nLead and monitor activities for continuous improvement including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned. \nLead and participate in project reviews and support project teams with management of claims and losses. \nLead the Area mentoring initiative. \nOversee technical and digital delivery evolution, in collaboration with subject matter experts. \nWork with AM to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with Area, corporate policy and MOA. \nOversee and ensure implementation of quality, standards, and best practices. \nProvide leadership to assigned business class leaders, including the cross-sector leaders. \nCollaborate with Area operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders. \nParticipate in Area strategic planning and plan implementation. \nSupport area activities related to hiring and retaining key staff. \nServe as a champion for BGX opportunities. \nSupport communication and coordination within all business groups. \nPerform other duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in a related field \nA minimum 15 years' of experience \nMaintains professional or engineering registration and has extensive related technical expertise \nExperienced in management and development of diverse teams\nWorks cooperatively with operations managers, technical staff and marketing managers on professional services-related efforts\nCommitted to quality, improvement and HDR values\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
