Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Building Engineering Project Manager, we'll count on you to:\nDirect and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)\nResponsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects\nProduce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently\nEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings\nConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders\nCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule\nTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule\nWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews\nImplement QA/QC procedures\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree\nPMP certification\nDue to client contract requirements, US citizenship or US naturalized citizenship (foreign-born) is required.\n*LI-MJ1\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience\n7 years related experience \nA minimum of 2 years project management experience \nMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
