Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Civil Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nAssist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation \nPerform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage \nPerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures \nComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables \nPerform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects \nWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects \nPerform other duties as needed \nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Structural Engineering \nEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate.\nCandidates hired without their EIT will have the title of \"Coordinator\" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression. \nFamiliarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
