This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Colorado ICT/Security Team Lead, we'll count on you to:\nAssist in the responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support\nMay function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities\nAssist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections\nBe involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews\nBe directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues\nAssist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system\nImplement, monitor and support company policy\nAssist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel\nWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts\nPerform other duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nA minimum of 7 years experience \nProfessional registration, license or certification may be required based on role \nStrong communication and listening skills \nAbility to handle multiple assignments \nGood leadership and organizational skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
