Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Construction Document Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:\nTake responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions\nWork independently to effectively manage complex project and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and records\nCompose and develop correspondence and reports\nApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assurance\nManage project documents and files\nAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines\nOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentations\nWork with complex contracts and sub-agreements\nTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedules\nActively participate in project reviews\nExhibit professionalism with clients\nWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams\nExercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functions\nHandle client invoicing and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as needed\nTrack state, federal and civil right compliance\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications:\n10+ years of relevant industry/DOT experience, prompt payment, RFI, and submittal tracking.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nMicrosoft Office product experience\nGeneral background-related experience \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
