We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.\nIn the role of Contract Administrator I, we'll count on you to:\nAdminister contract activity with moderate to high risk to the corporation under the direction of a more-senior contracts professional\nOversee and ensure Contract Administration deliverables are completed in accordance with client requirements.\nMaintain detailed daily diary of the contractor’s work, instructions provided, and overall issue and change management.\nProvide oversight and confirmation of completed contract quantities are accurately calculated for processing progress and final payments.\nLiaise with the contractor and client representatives.\nPerform non-routine contract activity that may require development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives\nExercise independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution\nApply knowledge of contracting concepts, and follow and enforce company and client requirements\nCoordinate closely with all parties involved\nPerform other duties as needed \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nAbility to interpret construction schedules\nRequired Qualifications\n3 years contract related experience; advanced degree or contract certification program may substitute for years of experience \nProfessional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal management oversight \nExcellent writing and people skills \nStrong math and organizational skills \nProficient with Microsoft Office software \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nSponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
