This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Digital Delivery Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nManaging the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project\nHave an understanding of how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced\nWork directly with more advanced Digital Delivery Leads to execute the digital deliverables outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)\nBegin the project initiation procedure, establishing the server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables outlined in the project scope\nExecute the digital deliverables and support the production team throughout the project duration \nProvide technical support, while communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team \nMaintain quality, this individual will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documents\nAssist with the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)\nEstablish the document management system and maintain the server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects\nEnsure the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training needed to execute the project requirements\nGenerate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models, to accommodate the disciplines and project requirements\nMonitor and maintain company standards and model health\nHost Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the project team to ensure optimal quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes\nCommunicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestones\nProject archiving at submittals and closeout\nEngage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients\nPerform other duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical degree or a combination of education and related industry experience\nA minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience\nComprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems\nAdvanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure\nAdvanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools\nAdvanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools\nFamiliar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications\nFamiliar with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies\nFamiliar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications\nFamiliar with content creation and management concepts\nSuperior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essential\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical support\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
