This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Digital Delivery Lead, we'll count on you to:\nProvide direction for the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, along with managing the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level\nPossess an advanced understanding of how all disciplines interact and construction documents are produced\nWork directly with the Project Manager to assist the Coordinators and Specialists to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure, establishing the server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables outlined in the project scope\nExecute digital deliverables and supporting production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of projects\nProvide technical support, while communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team\nTo maintain quality, this individual will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documents\nExecute these tasks autonomously and also mentor and provide guidance to other team members\nOversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)\nMonitor and oversee the establishment of the document management system and help maintain the server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects\nEnsure the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training needed to execute the project requirements\nGenerate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models, to accommodate the disciplines and project requirements\nMonitor and maintain company standards and model health\nHost Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the Digital Design team to ensure optimal quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes\nCommunicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestones\nProject archiving at submittals and closeout\nEngage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients\nMentor staff to help develop their skillsets\nProvide guidance for Project Managers to support project needs\nEngage with other Digital Delivery Leads to provide support and guidance\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.)\nExperience supervising a team of digital designers and/or model managers\nExperience with large projects in mission critical markets\nExperience working with teams in different parts of the world\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience\nA minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years digital delivery (model management) experience\nComprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems \nAdvanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure\nAdvanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools\nAdvanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools\nFamiliar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications\nFamiliar with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies\nFamiliar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications\nFamiliar with content creation and management concepts\nSuperior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essential\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical support\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and leadership traits are essential\nMust have strong organizational skills to establish priorities between technical support requests and project work\nMust be enthusiastic, energetic, and an excellent work ethic\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
