This isn’t just a job, it's a chance to lead change, drive progress, and leave a lasting legacy.\nIn the role of GIS Analyst, we'll count on you to:\nSupport GIS tasks for multidisciplinary projects\nMentor other GIS professionals\nParticipate in project marketing, budget development and resource scheduling\nDesign and produce cartographic products for various purposes\nIndependently conduct advanced spatial analyses using ArcGIS and other tools\nSupport field data collection using ArcGIS Online apps and associated data management\nDevelop vector and raster spatial analysis models\nSupport CAD-GIS workflows\nDevelop geodatabase schemas and analysis methods needed to support project goals\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nEsri Certification\nGISP, AICP, PE or other professional certification \nExperience with Esri ArcGIS Utility Network\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or closely related field \nA minimum of 3 years of practical GIS experience; an advanced degree in relevant field may offset the required years of experience \nProficient in use of ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS extensions e.g., 3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst \nProficient in the use of Microsoft 365 Apps \nWorking knowledge of interoperability tools \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to work independently and in a team environment \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
