This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of ICT/Security Team Lead, we'll count on you to:\nAssist the ICT/Security Business Class Leader with management and culture of the overall business class by being the direct supervisor of a team of ICT/Security engineers, EITs and designers with varying degrees of experience\n\nWork as a collaborative team with fellow ICT/Security Team Leads and the ICT/Security Business Class Leader for work staffing and project proposals\nProvide team leadership with a focus on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development\nCollaborate closely with ICT/Security market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in all key markets including data centers, commercial, civic, industrial, federal, water, transportation, education and laboratories and mission critical facilities\nFunction as design lead and/or engineering project manager for key projects.\nImplement, monitor, and support company policy\nWorks collaboratively with other team leads, business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on ICT/Security business class efforts\nActively encourage and participate in work-sharing and ICT/Security practice development with a nation-wide network of HDR ICT/Security Business Class\nAssist the ICT/Security Business Class Leader in the recruitment and growth of the business class\nPerform other duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nA minimum of 7 years experience \nProfessional registration, license or certification may be required based on role \nStrong communication and listening skills \nAbility to handle multiple assignments \nGood leadership and organizational skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
