This position will be working on projects across a range of markets, primarily the Mission Critical sector.\nIn this role we will count on you to:\nManage the commissioning process: \n- Undertaking technical assessments of project schedules, drawings, manuals and technical submittals.\n- Developing commissioning implementation plan, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts.\n- Providing technical advice to clients in respect of project and operational risk.\n- Working closely with general contractor’s team in developing commissioning strategies and processes which align fully with project objectives.\n- Managing attendance and reporting of factory tests.\n- Undertaking and reporting of inspections and tests.\n- Attending project and internal meetings as needed.\n- Managing detailed recording of meetings.\n- Recording of detailed progress pre-requisites.\n- Routine population and management of data in project commissioning software.\n- Providing routine progress reporting and final project close out report.\n- Arranging third party sign off as necessary.\nReview and development of Commissioning documentation.\nReviewing technical papers/reports before publication.\nAbout You\nDemonstrated experience in commissioning or facility engineering, ideally working within the Mission Critical (Data Centre) sectors\nExperience conducting equipment inspection, Factory Witness Tests, and Factory Acceptance Tests.\nTeam player and able to work independently with minimal supervision\nYou are committed to quality, improvement and HDR values\nYou are proactive, organised and ready to take ownership of commissioning outcomes on complex projects\nAppreciates teamwork and good interpersonal skills\nSingaporean or PR\nQualifications\nDegree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from recognized education institutions \nGreen Mark AP, LEED AP, CSA or LEED Associate - advantageous.\nBenefits and Culture\nGlobal organisation with opportunities for international travel and collaboration \nAward-winning sustainable projects\nHDR University learning platform with access to webinars, LinkedIn Learning, and the Pinnacle Series\nRewards program including referrals, long service awards, and certification bonuses\nCompany paid Annual Professional Membership Fees\nEmployee Assistance Program \nA culture that supports and encourages inclusion and diversity where each of us are welcomed, valued, respected, and empowered to bring our authentic selves to work every day\nWhy HDR\nAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it.
