Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Construction Manager, we'll count on you to:\nMaintain accurate daily record of construction site activity and produce required reports on progress, safety, quality, permit compliance, schedule and budget status.\nReview construction submittals including shop drawings and pay applications\nPrepare, issue and negotiate Change Orders\nReview and analyze baseline and updated construction schedules\nCoordinate with other project team members including the Owner, Engineer, and Contractor\nWork individually or supporting more-senior staff on larger, more complex projects\nPreferred Qualifications\nA minimum of 10 years experience in construction management related to water or wastewater treatment facilities\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification \nExperience in Water/Wastewater construction\nBasic knowledge of CPM scheduling (Primavera P6) and cost estimating\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety \nExperience with Microsoft Office\nExperience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
