Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Electrical Engineer we'll count on you to:\nCoordinate work of the electrical design team on large institutional/industrial projects through the schematic design development and contract document phase of a project\nEstablish meetings and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance\nCoordinate workload to complete the document on schedule\nConduct work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines\nReview electrical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines\nWrite/edit electrical specifications and select equipment, electrical systems and devices\nCoordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change orders, and take responsibility to incorporate agreed-upon changes into the project documents\nProvide construction contract administration as needed\nConduct QA/QC on the work of other Electrical Engineers, Electrical Coordinators or Technicians\nProvide mentoring and oversight for less-experienced staff on projects including Federal, Laboratory, Higher Education, and Data Center & Semiconductor.\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nA minimum of 3 years experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems)\nPrevious experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm desired\nExperience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required\nExperience with SKM, ETAP, Revit, and BlueBeam are preferred\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis \nPrevious experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems) \nRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
