This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation and leave your mark on our energy future.\nIn the role of ES&P Team Lead, we'll count on you to:\nAssist in the responsibility for operations of production including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.\nMay function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities. \nAssist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections. \nBe involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews\nBe directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues. \nAssist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system\nImplement, monitor and support company policy. \nAssist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel.\nWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts\nPerform other duties as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing and mentoring staff\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients\nStrong technical and strategic problem-solving skills including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness\nAbility to lead multiple projects at the same time and work with multiple project teams\nExperience in business development and client management\nDemonstrated knowledge of permitting and environmental review processes in MN, WI, SD, ND, IL, and MO, particularly processes associated with the USACE, USFWS, FHWA, state DOT, state public utilities commissions, counties, and municipalities is preferred\nLocal candidates are preferred\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nA minimum of 7 years experience \nProfessional registration, license or certification may be required based on role \nStrong communication and listening skills \nAbility to handle multiple assignments \nGood leadership and organizational skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
