Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nProposal Development & Management\nCoordinate development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations from kickoff through submission\nReview solicitations, develop proposal schedules and outlines, and manage compliance requirements\nCollaborate with technical staff, project managers, and subconsultants to develop compelling, client-focused content\nEdit, format, and produce proposal materials in accordance with HDR's quality and brand standards\nCoordinate proposal reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage final production and submission\n\nBusiness Development & Pursuit Support\nSupport capture planning, positioning, and development of win strategies and key messages\nSupport client development planning by coordinating meetings, documenting discussions and action items, and tracking follow-up activities\nCoordinate go/no-go processes and track pursuit activities and milestones\nSupport interview preparation, including presentation development and rehearsal coordination\n\nMarketing Information & Systems\nMaintain accurate project descriptions, staff resumes, and qualifications in marketing databases\nManage pursuit and opportunity information in CRM and other business development systems\nOrganize and maintain proposal archives, marketing resources, and reusable content\nMarketing Operations & Quality\n\nManage multiple concurrent assignments, priorities, and deadlines\nApply established quality control procedures to marketing deliverables\nUtilize marketing technology and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and consistency\n\nAdditional Marketing Responsibilities\nDevelop marketing collateral, presentations, and other business development materials\nContribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives based on interest and opportunities\nSupport conference participation, sponsorships, and other marketing activities as needed\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services\nRequired Qualifications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint \nProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
