Our employee-owners collaborate across specialties, combining creativity, precision, and deep expertise to solve the most complex challenges facing our clients and communities.\nIn the role of Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:\nOffer real-world experience supporting transportation pursuits and projects\nAssist with proposal development, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral.\nCoordinate with technical staff to update and develop resumes and gather pursuit information. \nMaintain and update marketing databases, project information, and business development materials.\nParticipate in and lead coordination meetings with technical teams as appropriate.\nPerform assignments under the direction of marketing and transportation professionals. \nPerform other duties as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA\nPursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, preferred.\nLocal Candidates Preferred\n\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program \nAttention to detail a must \nMust possess strong problem-solving and communication skills \nBasic Microsoft Office skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
