This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive meaningful change and help define the future of our communities.\nIn the role of Operations Principal, we'll count on you to:\nAssist the Architectural Managing Principal with daily operations, such as project oversight, management reviews, quality control, financials and mentoring.\nAssist with strategic planning, execution, growth and recruiting.\nWork directly with business development staff on project planning, financial information, staffing requirements, and other related matters.\nWork cooperatively with office leadership including design and market principals.\nServe as a project manager on projects in addition to management responsibilities.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nArchitectural registration and extensive related technical management experience.\nGood leadership and organizational skills.\nService and client-related personality.\nExperience in development and management of diverse teams preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of Architectural experience\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field \nOutstanding leadership, communication and team-building skills\nExperienced in management and development of diverse teams \nWork cooperatively with company operations managers, business group and technical directors and marketing managers on departmental efforts \nCommitted to quality, improvement and promoting HDR values \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
