We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.\nIn the role of Project Manager - Environmental Assessments, we'll count on you to:\nDirect and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)\nResponsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff\nProduce and coordinate several projects concurrently\nEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings\nConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders\nCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule\nTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule\nWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews\nImplement QA/QC procedures\nSupervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nA license/certification in a related field \nA minimum of 10 years related experience\nA minimum of 5 years project management experience\nExperience working on MTO, Halton Region, York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region or City of Toronto projects preferred\nExperience developing and delivering public and stakeholder engagement materials\nKnowledge and application of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process, Transit and Rail Project Assessment Process (TRPAP), TAC Manual, MTO Geometrics Design Manual\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nFluency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project and Powerpoint)\nProgressive and innovative approach to problem solving an asset\n*LI-MR1\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering \n7 years related experience \nA minimum 2 years project management experience \nRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
