Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nWe are adding an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer with specialization in Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle Sales Cloud platform. This role will partner with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and IT teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, develop integrations, and drive adoption of Oracle CX solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Cloud technical expertise with business process knowledge in sales, customer management, and CRM operations. The individual will serve as the primary subject matter expert for CRM technology, driving the deployment of Oracle CX Sales Cloud and related modules. Advances HDR’s information management capabilities through meeting the needs of the various business units for major applications, design, development, deployment, and continual maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications specifically Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) applications\nTroubleshoot production issues and support ongoing business operations\nConfigure and enhance UI components in accounts, contacts, and opportunities\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Sales and enterprise applications\nDesign and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users\nGather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions\nSupport quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing activities\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures\nCollaborate with business, ERP, and integration teams on cross-functional initiatives\nParticipate in system enhancement projects and continuous improvement efforts\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle CX Sales, including configuration of Oracle CX Sales objects and application of CRM best practices.\nExperience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Application Express (APEX).\nExperience developing in object-oriented programming languages, including Java, and JavaScript.\nExperience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and optimization.\nExperience designing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations, web services, and API-based solutions.\nStrong SQL, data analysis, and data troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud development.\nExperience supporting Oracle Opportunities, Accounts, and Portfolio Management functionality.\nExperience with .NET development.\nExperience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and/or Oracle Analytics.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExperience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance across project teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociates degree in computer science or a related field of study\nMinimum 6 years of experience in software development\nDemonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; both technical and functional\nDemonstrated ability to work across teams\nExperience interpreting business requirementsfunctional specs and producing a technical design which may be assigned to another developer\nAbility to lead and mentor development team members\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
