Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of User Experience Designer Intern, we'll count on you to:\nCollaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive digital experiences.\nAssist in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.\nParticipate in user research and usability testing to understand user needs and identify improvements.\nApply design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices to create consistent experiences.\nIncorporate feedback and research insights to refine designs and communicate design decisions to project teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPursuing a degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar design tools.\nBasic understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles.\nStrong visual design, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively and communicate design ideas and decisions.\nPortfolio or examples of academic, personal, or professional design work welcome.\nLocal candidates preferred\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program \nAttention to detail a must \nMust possess strong problem-solving and communication skills \nBasic Microsoft Office skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
