Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Project Manager-Water, we'll count on you to:\nPlan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water related projects\nProduce and coordinate several projects concurrently\nEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings\nCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule\nTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work efforts with project team to ensure that the work is completed within the agreed-upon budget\nWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews\nImplement QA/QC procedures\nSupervise project staff and serve as a mentor to less experienced engineers\nPerform other duties as needed\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management, including complex water projects\nClient relationships in the NY/NJ marketplace.\nCandidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering \n7 years related experience \nA minimum 2 years project management experience \nProfessional Engineer (PE) license \nMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) \nDemonstrated leadership skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
