Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Internal Administrative Risk Manager, we'll count on you to:\nDevelop and implement risk management for the program, including the risk management organization, policies, procedures and tools necessary to fully implement risk management in the organization. \nIdentify, analyze and manage areas of risk to business processes\nPlan and contribute to the development of risk management systems.\nDevelop and implement risk-assessment models and methodologies\nDevelop systems and processes to monitor risk\nGather risk-related data from internal resources and work with area leadership to develop mitigation strategies.\nDocument and ensure communication of key risks.\nWrite and formulate risk mitigation plans.\nInteract collaboratively with executives and other risk staff to monitor and proactively mitigate risk efforts. \nInteract with Area Safety Manager on follow up on reported safety incident and safety risk management\nOther tasks related to business risk management (real estate, lease agreement compliance)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong leadership skills with significant managerial experience.\nPossesses contract review experience.\nComprehensive knowledge of practices and principals of risk management\nThe position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong communication skills.\nMust possess sound judgment and have a unique ability to solve problems. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree \nA minimum of 8 years related experience \nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
