Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Procurement Systems Analyst, we'll count on you to:\nSupport stakeholders and company management to deliver results to improve on-time performance, cost savings and quality; achieve project or corporate objectives and value-added expectations; and comply with established policies and procedures\nDevelop a working understanding of procurement concepts, principles and practices; project delivery processes; and relationship expectations with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and the project team\nUnderstand how procurement functions integrate with and impact other functions in project delivery process\nDevelop an understanding of the concepts, principles, theories, compliance requirements, and the type and nature of operations and work undertaken, in assigned operating unit or projects\nParticipate in system testing and integrations with support of HDR teams\nWork to streamline and automate procurement processes that align to business needs for all areas of HDR\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience\n\nExperience working with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Python or enterprise data warehouse environments.\n\nExperience with procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, expense management, or supplier management processes\n\nExperience supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP procurement platforms.\n\nExperience building workflow automations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms\n\nBasic understanding of HDR internal teams, governance practices, and business processes\n\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions\n\nExperience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query (M), and SQL for reporting, data transformation, and analytics\n\nAbility to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and assess the value and impact of proposed solutions\n\nExcellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills\n\nSelf-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment many times working under tight delivery schedules\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
