If you answered yes to any of these questions, HDR may be a new home for you.\nIn the role of Senior Scheduler, we'll count on you to:\nProvides advanced technical leadership for project scheduling on medium to large or higher-risk projects.\nExercises independent technical judgment to evaluate schedule performance and impacts, and may approve schedules for low to medium complexity projects within delegated authority.\nDevelop and maintain CPM schedules for major projects, including baseline strategy, update structure, and coding consistency\nLead schedule update analysis, including identification of critical and near-critical drivers and emerging schedule risks\nPrepare time impact analyses and scenario evaluations to assess schedule impacts and recovery options\nIntegrate schedule inputs from clients, contractors, and third parties to support a coherent forecast and change narrative\nCoordinate with project leadership and stakeholders on sequencing conflicts, mitigation strategies, and plan revisions\nProvide written schedule narratives and compliance observations for project and client reporting\nReview and approve schedules or schedule updates for low-complexity projects within delegated authority and defined thresholds\nContribute technical input to the development and refinement of scheduling templates, narratives, and quality checks\nProvide day-to-day technical direction to small scheduling teams and mentor junior schedulers, without ownership of staffing or performance management\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience coordinating schedules with contractors or third parties.\nPreference given to local candidates\nCertifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT\nCost control background\nThe ability to develop and interpret construction schedules\nFamiliarity with other scheduling software\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in construction industry\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. \nMinimum of 7 years of progressively responsible scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects, including schedule analysis and impact evaluation. \nProficiency in using Primavera, and/or other scheduling software \nExperience with cost and resource loaded schedules required \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must. \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
