This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Project Management Team Lead, we'll count on you to:\nSupervise, support, and develop a team of senior project managers, project managers, and assistant project managers\n\nAssist the Project Delivery Leader with project delivery operations including recruiting, staff development, training, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support\n\nWill function as a Project Manager in addition to management responsibilities\n\nAssist with administrative responsibility for staff\n\nBe involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews\n\nAssist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system\n\nImplement, monitor, and support company policy\n\nParticipate in internal compliance reviews\n\nReview and provide feedback to project managers on various aspects of their projects (financial, staffing, risk, contracting, etc.)\n\nWork cooperatively with Market Sector Leaders and marketing staff in local and national marketing and delivery efforts\n\nPerform other duties as needed\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years leadership experience\n\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in Data Center/Mission Critical markets\n\nStrong desire to stay current with the trends of the fast-paced Mission Critical industry.\n\nAbility to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills\n\nDemonstrate strong analytical, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of support for project managers\n\nStrongly motivated and showing professional initiative.\n\nStrong focus on client experience, management, and outcomes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nA minimum of 7 years experience \nProfessional registration, license or certification may be required based on role \nStrong communication and listening skills \nAbility to handle multiple assignments \nGood leadership and organizational skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
