This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Project Manager, we’ll count on you to:\nDirect and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)\nManage and coordinate several projects concurrently\nEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings\nConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders\nCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule\nTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule\nMitigate and manage project risk(s)\nWork with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews\nImplement QA/QC procedures\nSupervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers\n10-20% Travel to project sites, including international if needed\nControl project budget, scope, and schedule\nForecasting, Invoicing and contract management\nCreate vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorking knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Procore, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, and Bluebeam\nDemonstrated experience in working with multi-disciplined teams of Architects, Engineers, and Designers.\nPMP certification\nMaster's degree\nExcellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.\nAvailability to frequently travel locally to project locations (~50%) and regional sites as needed (Active in area industry associations\nExperience in one or more of the following market sectors: Aerospace, Mission Critical, Commercial, Healthcare, Science and Technology, Industrial, and Aviation\nPreference given to local candidates\n*LI-MV1\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience\n7 years related experience \nA minimum of 2 years project management experience \nMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
