Our employee-owners collaborate across specialties, combining creativity, precision, and deep expertise to solve the most complex challenges facing our clients and communities.\nIn the role of Senior Human Resources Representative, we'll count on you to:\nAssist the local and corporate HR Department with a variety of HR-related tasks\nUse corporate systems to maintain employee records and process personnel actions\nAssist in gathering data for issues and claims as needed\nProvide completed employee paperwork to corporate office\nReview employee system queries periodically for accuracy of information\nAnswer basic policy and procedure questions\nPrepare location Affirmative Action Plan\nSchedule and coordinate interviews, presentations, meetings and conference calls\nCoordinate office training with corporate LOD, coordinate brown-bag seminars and other local training activities for managers\nPlan and direct service anniversary celebrations with department manager\nPlan staff meetings within office in conjunction with department manager\nCoordinate requested compensation market studies with managers and corporate HR as needed\nCoordinate wellness activities (flu shots, health fairs, health club discount programs, etc)\nFacilitate employee onboarding and termination activities\nCreate employment requisitions for hiring managers, coordinate interview schedules, make candidate travel arrangements, track decisions of hiring managers on r sum s, assist with documentation of annual recruiting plans, coordinate immigration information with Immigration Coordinator and coordinate weekly staffing meeting as needed\nDemonstrate knowledge of HDR policies and procedures\nUnderstand basic HDR benefit plan provisions, assist with employees' benefit-related questions of moderate complexity, and refer complex questions to Corporate HR\nProvide other senior administrative tasks as needed, such as administrative support for senior manager(s) in office and coordinating furniture/office as needed\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field\nRequired Qualifications\nA minimum of 3 years related experience \nProficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel \nExcellent verbal and written communication and strong client service ability \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships \nAbility to facilitate employee training a plus \nStrong organizational and follow-up skills \nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment \nSelf-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented \nAbility to handle confidential information \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
