Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Senior Project Coordinator Team Lead, we'll count on you to:\nWork with multiple Project Architects to organize, process, and follow up on Construction Administration tasks via Newforma software.\nHelp track Construction Administration processes, subconsultant RFI and Submittal responses, and help administer timely return of all correspondences to the Contractor/Owner. \nApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assurance \nWork with multiple Architecture Project Managers and project teams as needed.\nCreate and maintain paper and electronic files.\nAssist with and help coordinate meetings and presentations.\nExhibit professionalism with clients (internal and external).\nOversee activities of other administrative project support staff as needed\nExercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functions\nAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines\nPerform other duties as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nExperience working within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry\nProficiency in Newforma, eBuilder, and Procore\nLocal candidates preferred\nDue to client contract requirements US Citizenship required.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience \nA minimum of 3 years related experience \nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
