This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.\nIn the role of Site Civil EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nAssist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation\nPerform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage\nPerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures\nComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables\nPerform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects\nWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nNear full-time in-person work at assigned office\n\nProficient with AutoCad and Civil 3D\n\nProficient with BlueBeam\n\nExperience with civil engineering software such as HydroCad, AutoTurn, and other others as appropriate\n\nEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate\n\nCandidates hired without their EIT will have the title of \"Coordinator\" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
