Ability to share your ideas and work with other developers in a collaborative environment\nProblem solving. Knowing how to make a task easier, maintainable and stable\nCuriosity. Knowing what’s on the horizon in web and mobile development and when to use it\nAdaptability. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies\nAbility to manage a complex range of tasks and meet deadlines\nAbility to use AI assisted development tools\nUnderstanding and application of the agile development lifecycle\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Software Development through school projects, internships or prior employment\nExperience with agile development practices through Jira\nExperience with server-side technologies (Java, .NET, NodeJS, etc.)\nExperience with the design, development, testing and support of ETL processes\nStrong knowledge of API design, development and support\nDevelopment and optimization of PLSQL queries\nExperience with support and optimization of relational databases\nExperience with AI assisted coding\nCloud computing\nUnit testing and continuous integration and deployment\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor degree or equivalent experience\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
