Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Substation Project Manager, we'll count on you to:\nPlan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects\nIndependently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development\nEstablish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings\nParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance\nConduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff\nCoordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule\nTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule\nWork with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nA license/certification \nPMP certification\nExperience in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects\nDue to client contract requirements US Citizenship required.\nPreference given to candidates currently residing in the Mid-Atlantic (VA/MD/DC) Area\n#LI-MJ1\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience\n7 years related experience \nA minimum of 2 years project management experience \nMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
