This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive meaningful change and help define the future of our communities.\nIn the role of Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\nEvaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to architectural construction documents\nPerform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected results\nMay work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures\nWrite specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviews\nAssist Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians as needed, and take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Architecture or closely related field\nExperience in the areas of transit and transportation facilities, including stations, terminals and MSF\nAdditional experience in TOD development and Aviation is preferred\nProficient in use of Revit and familiarity with related tools and process\nExperience with Newforma\nExperience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED\nKnowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max\nRhino and Grasshopper experience\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field \nMust possess credentials to obtain future registration \nExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) \nDesire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registration \nStrong leadership, communication and relationship management skills \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills \nProficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process \nDemonstrated graphic presentation skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must \nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
