Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.\nIn the role of Transportation Project Manager, we'll count on you to:\nLead multidisciplinary Project Teams. \nDevelop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure the development process and deliverables meetor exceed standards. \n\nProactively lead internal and external Project Team members to achieve project milestones using project managementtools and software that determine project priorities and critical paths. \n\nEffectively coordinate with other disciplines within client environment to mitigate constructability and maintenanceconcerns and proactively address risk factors. \n\nManage change by effectively communicating and maintaining complete and accurate documentation to documentproject decisions and efficiently resolve questions as projects progress. \n\nPartner with other functional areas to understand multidisciplinary project goals, prioritization, and opportunities for innovation. \nIdentify potential trade-offs and best practices and coordinate with other technical disciplines to reduce, eliminate, orlessen impacts. \n\nImplement Client's Quality Assurance Process to ensure a direct relationship between quality and work outcomes. \nCoordinate quality control and quality assurance tasks with the Project Team members and the Quality Team to ensurecompliance with standards and project requirements. \n\nPerform tasks in alignment with roles and responsibilities for the Project Manager as listed in the Project DeliveryNetwork (PDN) to maintain the project scope in alignment with the goals of asset management and approved project\ncommitments.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification \nProject Management Experience \nDOT Experience \n3-4 days a week at client office \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience\n7 years related experience \nA minimum of 2 years project management experience \nMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills \nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
