Đảm bảo quy trình phát triển theo chuẩn Agile/Scrum.\nKiểm soát chất lượng kỹ thuật: Trực tiếp thực hiện Code Review, thiết lập tiêu chuẩn lập trình và quy trình CI/CD để kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra của dự án.\nTối ưu hóa hiệu năng chuyên sâu: Giải quyết các bài toán kỹ thuật phức tạp liên quan đến Rendering Pipeline, xử lý đồ họa (Canvas, WebGL), quản lý bộ nhớ và tốc độ tải trên môi trường Web/Mobile.\nPhối hợp liên phòng ban: Làm việc chặt chẽ với Game Designer và Product Owner để thẩm định tính khả thi kỹ thuật và tối ưu hóa các tính năng tương tác, animation.\nĐào tạo và Cố vấn (Mentoring): Xây dựng lộ trình phát triển năng lực cho thành viên, tổ chức đào tạo nội bộ về công nghệ Game Engine và các xu hướng mới.\nNghiên cứu và Phát triển (R&D): Chủ động đề xuất các công nghệ, framework hoặc công cụ mới nhằm nâng cao năng suất phát triển và chất lượng trải nghiệm game.\nTích hợp hệ thống: Giám sát việc kết nối Frontend Game với các dịch vụ Backend, API và hệ thống Real-time (Socket) đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu.\n\n 1. Trình độ học vấn:\nTốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin, Toán – Tin học, hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.\n2. Kinh nghiệm:\nTối thiểu 5+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển sản phẩm phần mềm/Game.\nCó ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Team Leader hoặc Lead Developer trong các dự án Game.\nKinh nghiệm thực chiến sâu rộng với ReactJS hoặc các Framework xử lý Game trên Web (Phaser, PixiJS, Cocos...).\nCó tư duy sản phẩm (Product Thinking) tốt, hiểu rõ tâm lý người chơi và logic vận hành của các thể loại game.\n3. Kỹ năng:\nThành thạo ngôn ngữ Typescript và các giải pháp quản lý trạng thái (Riverpod, BLoC, Provider).\nAm hiểu sâu về Game Loop, Physics engine, Animation và xử lý va chạm.\nKiến thức vững chắc về API Integration (RESTful, GraphQL) và WebSocket cho Game đa người chơi.\nNắm vững các nguyên tắc tối ưu hóa UI/UX, responsive design cho Game trên nhiều kích thước màn hình.\nCó kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ thiết kế (Figma, Adobe) để phối hợp triển khai giao diện chính xác (Pixel-perfect).\n4.
