Assists with annual financial audit.\nAnalyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effect on costs\nAnalyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of standard costs to actual production costs\nDevelops and implements a process to monitor and control site spending\nP&L - Monitors forecast to AOP and provides corrective actions if not meeting AOP\nPerforms capital expenditure justification analysis\nPerforms inventory analysis - obsolete, slow moving, cycle counting program\nConducts margin analysis versus standard/plan\nDrives POV (Production Order Variances) improvements\nOverhead KPI’s and trending analysis\nWorks with Production Planners to resolve production order issues\nKey Performance Indicators and MBR (Management Business review) focal point\nConducts make versus buy analysis\nPartners with key plant management in performing cost reduction\nProvides and analyzes information requested by top Senior Management\nSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization\nAdheres to all quality and safety standards\nSupports other projects and performs duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nSupervises the following positions: Plant Financial Analyst\nYears of Experience\n8 plus years of related accounting, finance or equivalent experience; prior work experience in a batch work order manufacturing environment ($50M+ revenue), prior experience with Government/Defense Contractor a plus\nLevel of Education\nBachelors degree in Accounting; Masters preferred.
