products or services based on customer and/or market needs.\nFollow up on leads generated by Internal Sales, including new COD accounts opened, or from external sources.\nGenerate quotations, sales orders, and invoices, and follow up accordingly.\nIdentify and suggest products or ranges based on customer needs, identified opportunities, or current stock levels.\nVisit customers regularly according to the call cycle, following the 80/20 time-allocation principle.\nTrain customers on products and their use, or organise training through suppliers or in-house.\nAchieve revenue and margin targets.\nGrow active customer accounts.\nMaintain quality and consistency in customer engagement.\nEnsure accuracy, compliance, and discipline in reporting.\n Please note that if you do not receive a
