\nManagement ReportingCreate and manage the ongoing production of a financial information pack to deliver financial insights and strategic support to key stakeholders. \nManage subscriptions profitability, client billing, and revenue recognition processes to ensure accuracy and transparency. \nMonitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts. \nContinually seek to enhance operational processes and reporting. \nStatutory Reporting and Annual AuditResponsible for the statutory reporting and consolidation across relevant entities. \nResponsible for the planning, supporting and management of the annual audits of all relevant entities. \nTreasury ManagementWorking Capital Management \nMulti-Currency Cashflow Planning \nManage the Accounts Payable function \nManage the Accounts Receivable function \nInitiate Weekly Payment Runs\nMaintain strong cash flow management and forecasting, with focus on cost efficiency. \nTaxationOversee the organisation's tax compliance requirements and ensure timely and accurate submissions. \nManage and coordinate: \nVAT \nEMP201/EMP501 reconciliations \nCorporation Tax \nWithholding Tax \nTeam Management Manage a small team of financial analysts. \nOversee the operations and development of the company’s finance department including budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.\nIf you do not
