licence.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, productivity and profitability.\nManage operational budgets with a strong focus on cost control.\nAssist with budgeting, sales forecasting, project costing and profitability management.\nAuthorise expenditure within approved authority levels.\nParticipate in monthly billing processes and sign off on invoicing.\nManage claims, expenses and debtors where required.\nManage and maintain client and service provider Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nOversee operational service delivery and customer satisfaction.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers.\nInvestigate client complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nAssist with quotations, costings and business development activities.\nDevelop and manage business development plans to grow the client base and market footprint.\nOversee warehouse and inventory management processes.\nReview stock-take and cycle-count reports and address discrepancies.\nManage and develop staff, including performance management, training, career development and employee retention.\nManage absenteeism, overtime and access control.\nEnsure compliance with company HR and disciplinary procedures.\nAddress technical queries and operational challenges.\nReview, update and approve SOPs to ensure effective operational processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety, legal, regulatory, licensing and permit requirements.\nConduct regular facility inspections and management walkabouts.\nCoordinate responses to operational incidents and emergencies.\nChair or participate in safety meetings and incident investigations.\nPrepare for internal and external audits.\nCompile daily, weekly and monthly management reports.\nAttend management meetings and present operational performance statistics.\nAssist with business continuity planning and operational risk assessments.\nEnsure all departments operate at optimal levels and that customer and supplier SLAs are consistently
