and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.\nLiaise professionally with clients, insurers, regional managers, brokers and internal support teams.\nConsolidate information for regional management reports and track submissions, projects and deadlines.\nMaintain accurate electronic records, contact lists and confidential documentation.\nAssist with expense claims, invoice submissions and general office administration in line with approval procedures.\nCoordinate business events, workshops and client engagements as required.\nHandle sensitive information discreetly and refer
