sales, revenue, and expense controls. \nMeeting planned sales goals. \nSetting individual sales targets with the sales team. \nTracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. \nOverseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. \nCoordinating with marketing on lead generation. \nThe ongoing training of your salespeople. \nDeveloping your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education \nPromoting the organization and products. \nUnderstand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. \nContributes to team effort by
