vehicle.\nResponsibilities but not limited to:Provide comprehensive administrative support while maintaining accurate stock records and effective inventory control.\nMaintain departmental records, reports, filing systems, and administrative documentation.\nCoordinate procurement documentation, including obtaining quotations and prepare purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries.\nReceive, issue, and monitor stock, and assist with scheduled stock counts and inventory reconciliations.\nAssist with budget monitoring by capturing and reconciling expenditure and maintaining accurate financial records.\nLiaise with suppliers and service providers to support the efficient operation of the department.\nSupport compliance with organisational policies, health and safety requirements,
