We have grown from 55 to over 130 people in two years, and we build the structure as we go.\nAbout the role\nThis is a Learning and Development role with a people-partnering side, reporting directly to the HR Manager.\nYou will own how people at HQ learn and grow, working closely with the HR team and with team leads. AI is a big part of where we are heading as a company, and you will help us get there, both inside HR and in what we teach the rest of the teams.\nYou will be building development for a professional team spread across Mexico, Serbia, and the US.\nWhat you will own:\nLearning and Development\nDesign and run training programs for individual contributors and managers\nDeliver the sessions yourself, live and remote, to groups of 5 to 30 people\nBuild learning paths tied to our leveling framework\nTurn what our top performers already do into content the rest of the company can use\nOnboarding\nOwn the onboarding experience end to end, from offer to day 90\nRun onboarding sessions for new joiners across countries\nKeep improving it based on what new people actually tell us\nPeople partnering\nRun our 30, 60, 90, and 180-day check-ins.\nPartner with team leads on development plans\nSupport the performance review cycle twice a year\nHow we expect you to work\nAutomate the parts of this that should not be done by hand\nBuild the reporting that tells us whether any of it is working\nMust have\nAt least 3 years in Learning and Development or training, building and delivering programs, not only coordinating them\nComfortable speaking in front of a group.
