Official plan documents govern all benefits.\nAbout the role\nHeads Up Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our Manufacturing team. The Assembler plays a critical role in the assembly of high-quality lighting products through precision soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering quality products in a manufacturing environment.\nKey Details\nWorkdays and Hours: Our normal working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday with an unpaid 30-minute lunch.\nLocation: Addison, Texas, On-site\nWork Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform precise soldering of electronic components, including LEDs, resistors, capacitors, and related components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).\nFollow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and diagrams to ensure accurate component placement and product assembly.\nInspect and test soldered connections to verify quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications.\nOperate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently while maintaining equipment readiness.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.\nMaintain accurate production records, material usage documentation, and quality data.\nAdhere to all safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing best practices.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience assembling electronic components in a manufacturing or production environment.\nFamiliarity with through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.\nProficiency using soldering tools, equipment, and inspection instruments.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic computer skills for documentation and data entry.\nTechnical or vocational training in electronics, manufacturing, or soldering techniques.\nExperience working in aerospace, aviation, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with IPC workmanship standards.\nExperience performing visual inspections and functional testing of electronic assemblies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical or vocational training in electronics, manufacturing, or soldering techniques.\nExperience working in
