We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of prototype and production units across the Innovative Advantage product portfolio. This hands on role spans concept development, detailed electrical design, manufacturing release, and product support while providing technical leadership on complex multidisciplinary projects.\nKey Details\nWork Days and Hours: Full time, onsite position.\nLocation: Kirkland, Washington.\nDepartment: Electrical Engineering.\nReports To: Electrical Engineering Lead.\nPosition Type: Full time.\nWork Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and Implementation\n· Own detailed electrical design activities, including analog and digital circuit design.\n· Perform schematic capture to produce robust, reliable, and manufacturable designs.\n· Plan and execute design verification and validation activities, including board bring up, troubleshooting, and performance characterization.\n· Create, maintain, and review technical documentation throughout the design lifecycle.\n· Serve as the electrical lead for assigned projects, following department processes and standards while ensuring designs meet internal, customer, functional, quality, and schedule requirements.\n· Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and FPGA engineers to develop integrated, multidisciplinary solutions.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\n· Identify, research, and implement engineering design improvements that enhance manufacturability, reliability, and robustness in collaboration with the sustaining engineering team.\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of electrical design experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, processors, and DSP based systems.\n· Experience with Altium or a similar PCB design toolset.
