7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible w/ supervisor approval)\nLocation:\nAddison, TX (Full-Time Onsite)\nCompensation:\nBased on qualifications + comprehensive benefits\nWork Eligibility:\nMust be authorized to work in the United States\nWhat you'll do\nConduct Testing Procedures\nPerform comprehensive testing of Lighting Cell products to ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering specifications.\nExecute various testing procedures, including ATP and acceptance test\nevaluation.\nQuality Assurance\nRecord and document test results accurately and comprehensively.\nImplement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues during the testing process.\nCollaborate with production cell and engineering representative to establish and refine testing protocols.\nAnalyze data to identify any deviations from quality standards and report findings to the relevant stakeholders and implement correct action to resolve nonconformance.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.\nBe flexible to work across other cells on the Heads Up production floor.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to find practical solutions.\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings in English.\nAbility to work independently and alongside other technicians as needed.\nAble to perform repetitive tasks with sustained focus and attention to detail.\nStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.\nProficiency in analyzing test data and interpreting results.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience testing electronic assemblies, LED products, or lighting fixtures in a manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and programmable power supplies.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.\nExperience with functional/Program testing, burn-in and ATP testing.\nSkills in visual and workmanship inspection of LED boards, solder joints, wire harnesses, housings, lenses, and finishes, using magnification.\nAbility to check color consistency and light output across fixtures in a batch, such as catching mismatched color temperatures or visible color shift.\nExperience doing in-process inspections at key production stages, such as after soldering, final assembly, and before
