We require a strong technical leader who is skilled in architecture, team management, and is willing to contribute independently to development.\n\nWho we're looking for\n\nExperience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Head of Engineering.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in developing and designing complex platforms.\n\nExperience building scalable, stable, and secure architecture.\n\nDeep understanding of backend, frontend, DevOps, and infrastructure.\n\nExperience managing a team of developers, hiring, and developing specialists.\n\nAbility to formulate a technical strategy, roadmap, and plan sprints and releases.\n\nExperience conducting code reviews, code quality assurance, and implementing development standards.\n\nPractical experience integrating with external services, operators, and aggregators.\n\nExperience with production infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and backups.\n\nAbility to take full responsibility for the technical aspects of the product, from architecture to commercial launch.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nDevelop the technical strategy and architecture of the platform.\n\nManage the development team and build effective processes.\n\nCreate a roadmap, plan sprints, and monitor releases.\n\nIndependently develop critical platform components.\n\nMonitor code quality, product security, and stability.\n\nManage the technical infrastructure, integrations, and production environment.\n\nRecruit developers and develop the technical team.\n\nEnsure the technical readiness of the platform for launch and scalability.\n\nWhat we offer\n\nA key technical role with direct influence on the development of the platform.\n\nIndependence in choosing the architecture, technologies, and development tools.\n\nOpportunity to build and develop your own technical team.\n\nAuthority to set technical priorities and manage development processes.\n\nParticipation in the creation and commercial launch of the platform, followed by its development and scaling.\n\nInterested in this position?
